Police have charged a woman with the murder of a 57-year-old man in the town.
Police were called to a property in Burdock Close at around 11.50pm Saturday 16th March, following reports of concerns for a person's safety.
When they arrived they found the victim, who they have named provisionally as Kumarathas Rajasingam, with serious stab wounds to his head and chest.
He was taken to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for treatment, but died the following morning from multiple organ failure arising from the stab wounds, a Home Office post-mortem found.

She remains in custody and is due to appear at Norwich Magistrates Court tomorrow morning, Tuesday 19th March.
Acting Detective Inspector Neil Stewart, from the Joint Major Investigation Team (JMIT), said: "A police cordon remains in place at the scene whilst detectives are undertaking a number of enquiries as part of the investigation including carrying out reassurance patrols in the local area.
"We believe this to be an isolated incident; however we are still keen to speak to anyone with information regarding it to further assist our investigation.”
