Every year at the Aylsham Show there's a competition to find North Norfolk's local food hero.

It's a chance for you to put forward a producer which will make your mouth water. Last year's winner was Mrs Temple's Cheese - produced at Wighton near Wells.

The winner will be announced at the Aylsham Show on August Bank Holiday Monday.

Right now though organisers are asking for your local food hero, it could be anything from a pub which uses local produce to a shop which champions locally produced food and drink.
